Patrick
B. Sanders, President/Owner
After 17 years with Saffell & McAdams,
Pat Sanders formed Sanders Construction
Services in 1994. His experience in the
construction industry is vast and
comprehensive. A large reason for his
success is his extensive field
experience. He has served the industry
in every capacity, beginning as a
carpenter, concrete foreman and
superintendent, and moving from the
field into the office as a project
engineer and project manager. He has
been instrumental in the development of
commercial, industrial, retail, and
medical projects of all sizes.
Pat’s “hands-on” management style
pervades our company, providing clients
with efficient, clear communication as
we coordinate with our building
partners. His experience allows him to
understand and trouble shoot and solve
any possible construction complication.
Commitment to the timely completion of
schedules, devotion to impeccable
quality, and early attention to
effective pre-construction services are
the reason our clients return over and
over again.
Pat has instilled our company with a
commitment to providing clients with
cost-effective, valuable solutions
without compromising performance or
quality. Our long list of repetitive
customers and rapid growth are a
testament to our work ethic—based on
trust, honesty, and integrity.

construction in 1978, giving him 30

He has successfully completed projects
for Shea Properties, Koll Construction,

His ability to bring a project to its
final completion on-time, while always

interests his foremost priority, highly
qualifies Scott as a top-notch Director
on our team of professionals.
Mike
Tierney, Vice President of Field
Operations
Mike's construction experience began 45
years ago when he started as an
apprentice carpenter. He advanced
through the ranks to become a journeyman
carpenter, carpenter foreman and then
general superintendent for Newall
Construction, Landmark Contractors, and
the Burge Corporation.
His diversified knowledge regarding the
construction of commercial, industrial,
and medical facilities is a true asset
to SCS. His responsibilities as general
superintendent include scheduling,
coordination, communication, and
constructability analysis. Mike keeps
all of our subcontractors on time and
certifies that their scope of work is
completed without exception. In
construction, time is money: Mike is
able to save our clients thousands of
dollars by keeping our schedules moving
and addressing any problem issues
quickly and efficiently.
His attention to detail, along with his
frankness, reliability, and dedication
to each project, provides a positive
atmosphere for open communication
between owners, design consultants and
subcontractors.
